New Report from US Holocaust Memorial Museum Contains Recommendations for the Prevention of Future Atrocities
Part of the mission of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is to help prevent atrocities and genocide. To fulfill this vision, the museum created the Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide. The center has just released a report titled, “Taking Stock of Early Warning for Atrocity Prevention” that discusses themes from the 2021 Sudikoff Interdisciplinary Seminar on Genocide Prevention. The report contains a series of essays written by experts on atrocity prevention and risk communication that provide insight and recommendations on how to prevent future atrocities.
